Welcome to Prime Fit Women — a community built by Laura, a MumSafe™ Certified Trainer with a background of nearly 25 years in social work.

Laura knows that returning to exercise after having a baby isn't just physical — it's about feeling safe, confident, and genuinely supported. That's the foundation everything at Prime Fit Women is built on.

Our group sessions on the Central Coast — including Mums & Little Ones— help you rebuild strength from the inside out, with a real focus on pelvic floor and core connection. We take a considered, evidence-based approach to postnatal recovery, including safe core exercises and pelvic floor recovery support, so you're never rushed and never guessing. We partner with a trusted pelvic health physio to ensure you feel support every step of the way.

Training with us isn't just effective — it's genuinely enjoyable. You'll be surrounded by other like minded Mums who get it.

Because we're not just a fitness group… we are a community of women getting stronger together — at their own pace, on their own terms.

If you're ready to feel stronger, supported, and part of something real, join the waitlist or book your trial today.

Why Mums & Little Ones with Prime Fit Women

Welcome to Prime Fit Women — a program built by me, for mums like you.

I'm a wife and a mum to Meg, now 27, and owner of two spoilt cavoodles, George and Tink.

I love walking and doing deadlifts but my own journey back into exercise after having a baby wasn't straightforward.

I experienced birth trauma with many hours of labour resulting in a forceps delivery, and lost feeling in my right leg and foot for many years— something that had a huge impact on my ability to return to movement afterwards. Back in 1999, new mums simply didn't get the support available now. Pelvic floor was something you were expected to just "do" — the same activation exercises as everyone else, regardless of your own pelvic floor health. There was no ultrasound, no pelvic health physiotherapist appointment, no one asking how you were really doing.

It took many years before I found a trainer who knew how to work safely with mums, and before I finally saw a pelvic health physio myself. That's when I realised how different things could have been for me, right from the start, with the right people beside me.

After 25 years in social work — mostly supporting women — I'm now supporting women in a different way. I'm an accredited MumSafe™ trainer, and I partner with a pelvic health physio to build a safe, supportive community where mums can build strength from the inside out.

No "bouncing back to your pre-baby body." Your body grew a human — it's incredible. Let's move forward, not focus on going back. You deserve to feel strong, capable, and part of something that truly gets you.

Can't wait to meet you.
