Frequently asked questions

1

I've never been to a gym or fitness class before — is this right for me?

Yes, absolutely! Prime Fit Women is designed for real women at all stages of their fitness journey. There's no experience needed, no judgement, and no intimidation — just a warm, welcoming group ready to cheer you on.

We offer a free trial class so you can come along, meet the group, and see if it feels like the right fit — no pressure, no obligation.

2

I have an injury or health condition — can I still join?

Absolutely! Before you begin any training with us, we do a thorough onboarding process to make sure we understand your health history, any injuries, and your current needs. Some health conditions may require sign-off from your GP or medical professional before we get started — but that's just us making sure we do things properly and keep you safe. Because every session is individualised and exercises can always be modified, there's almost always a way to work around limitations and still get a brilliant workout. If you're unsure, just reach out and we can have a chat before you commit to anything.

3

Do I book in advance?

Yes — booking ahead through PT Mate helps us keep numbers manageable and means you're guaranteed your spot.

4

What if I miss a class?

Life happens! Just let us know in advance where you can. Depending on your membership, you may be able to make up a session — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

5

What does nutrition coaching involve?

It's not a diet — it's a practical, personalised approach to eating that fits your real life. Laura will work with you on your goals, habits, and lifestyle, not hand you a list of things you can't eat.

6

Is nutrition coaching only available with a fitness membership?

No — nutrition coaching is available as a standalone service. You don't have to be a group fitness member to work with Laura one-on-one.
